If paying by credit card and you need to send us a credit card authorization, it can be downloaded here. Fill out the form and fax it back to the number at the bottom of the form.

All of our tours include the following:

Included: All of our tours are full service: Hotels in Lima and Cusco (if applicable) , roundtrip airfare (if applicable) , bilingual guided tours ,all transportation, airport transfers, all breakfasts, lunches and dinners (unless otherwise noted as "on your own") pre-check-in assistance (groups of six or more), I.G.V. taxes, and a special gift.

Not Included: International airfares (we can help you with this as well – just ask), international departure tax from Lima (est. $30.00), excess baggage charges, additional nights during the trip or unprogrammed trips undertaken during the trip due to flight cancellations, alcoholic beverages or bottled water, snacks, insurance or any kind, laundry, phone calls, reconfirmation of international flights and items of personal nature, sleeping bags for the Inca Trail.
