Our expectations were over the top. Our hearts pumped our excitement to the very tips of our toes. Our eyes and our camera absorbed every scene, we listened and learned so much about the people from days gone, and we felt their presence at every turn. And for all of this we thank you. The Cusco and Machu Picchu excursions were flawless, the accommodations exceeded expectations and our guides were knowledgeable and pleasurable. We must say that your representatives were reassuring, informative and punctual and we absolutely loved our trip.

WOW... what a great experience!!! You folks run a first class operation. Everything ran like clockwork. From the moment we were met at the Lima airport to our eventual departure pickup from the hotel, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Needless to say our experience in Peru, visiting the various sites accompanied by very well informed guides made this trip exceptional. I can’t imagine visiting such historical sites without the benefit of their expertise. Everyone was friendly and gladly did their best to ensure all questions were answered and we felt satisfied. Additionally, the accommodations were wonderful, particularly in Cusco which was  located easily within walking distance to the central square filled with local custom and tradition. Both hotels were staffed by very courteous and professional individuals who did their best to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. I would gladly recommend your  services to anyone with the desire to visit such an interesting part of the world. Doing this trip “on our own” would never have provided the richness and depth that only a knowledgeable local guide could provide. Moreover, this was all made possible by your taking the stress out of traveling in a new country. Not being concerned about transfers and knowing that we would be met timely, time after time by very courteous staff allowed us to make the most of our time in your wonderful country. We were pleasantly surprised how great service we have recieved by Magical Cuzco Tours. Starting from the beginning of planning our trip and several changes to it - Employees were always very helpful. Then the Trip itself was brilliant. I just want to thank you for arranging our trip! Everything was absolutely perfect! Our hotels (Hostel Porta in Lima and Amaru 1 in Cusco) were wonderful - they were picturesque and exceeded our expectations considering how reasonable they were in cost. Our tour guides were excellent, our transportation was comfortable and efficient, and the tour of Machu Picchu (especially the magnificent train rides!) were just wonderful! Ana Maria did a fantastic job suggesting interesting itineraries and coordinating all the details of a very complex trip so that we could relax and just be amazed.  From recommendations on how to acclimate to the altitude, to the most innovative restaurants, we were very well taken care of.  Our trip was a perfect blend of history, adventure, exercise, beauty, and cuisine - highlights included river rafting on the Urubamba and a lunch stop at Wiñaywayna, one of the most beautiful ruin sites anywhere.
