Be part of the new gastronomic revolution and book this 7 days cooking and leisure vacation to Peru. You will experience the great taste of a newly discovered world-class cuisine under the supervision of renowned Peruvian chefs, as well as the magic of Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu, and Sacred Valley.

DAY 1: Basics of Peruvian Cuisine
Spend the morning at Le Cordon Bleu, Peru and have the best teaching chefs in Peru introduce you to the quintessential basics of Peruvian Cuisine. After lunch, in the City Tour you will see the Spanish City Centre, and get a snapshot of the most important city sites. You will also be introduced to the many varieties of Pisco.


DAY 2: Ceviches Festival
Cucho La Rosa, the first chef that introduced "Nova Andina" cooking to the world will lead you on this day long journey into the famous Peruvian dish, Ceviche. The visit to the Museum of Anthropology is designed to share Peruvian culture from many thousands of years of pre-Inca societies up to colonial Peru. You will enjoy a 10 course "Menu de Degustaci¢n" prepared especially by Gaston for this Magical Culinary Tour.


DAY 3: Trip to Cusco
Morning flight to Cusco. After lunch you will head to a guided City Tour. Before dinner you will enjoy a cocktail and private tour of the new and spectacular Pre-Columbian Art Museum and then enjoy dinner at the MAP Cafe owned and operated by Chef Ossio.


DAY 4: Full Day Excursion to Machu Picchu
Early wake-up to catch the Vistadome train which will transport you to the mystical Inca ruins of Machu Picchu.
Lunch – At the El Pueblo Hotel
Evening – You will have this evening to relax and enjoy dinner on your own.


DAY 5: Full day excursion to the Sacred Valley
The trip from Cusco offers a unique view of the regional scenery. After an amazing tour of the ruins, we head to the Hacienda Huayoccari with Jose Ignacio Lambarri sharing with us his family art collection. Festival of Peruvian Potato in which we will enjoy a huge variety of dishes made with potatoes.


DAY 6: Return to Lima and Points Beyond
Flight to Lima. Upon arrival in Lima, you will then head towards the beautiful Pueblo Hotel to participate in the preparation of the Pachamanca with Jesus Guttara.


DAY 7: Lima & Departure
You will be free to shop for some amazing Peruvian crafts.
Lunch– At the Segundo Muelle to enjoy incredible Ceviche with great views of the Ocean.
Dinner – You will have an eye opening dinner at the restaurant of the chef who was the first to merge these two amazing food cultures. Humberto Sato will be our host at Costanera 700.
Transfer to the Airport and return Home.
